Curt Swilley
Principal & Broker, Genward Group
Curt Swilley, an Atlanta native, has been active in real estate since 1995. With a strong background in land investments and residential development, he has developed over 1,100 lots and managed 20+ land tracts across the Atlanta area. He later served as VP of Acquisitions for Silver Bay Property Corp (NYSE: SBY), overseeing the purchase of 1,000 single-family homes in Atlanta. Today, Curt is a principal and broker at Rock River Realty LLC, focusing on brokerage and infill development throughout the Southeast.
Cornelius Williams
Co-Owner & Community Leader
Cornelius “Corn” Williams is a mission-driven entrepreneur and community leader with over 30 years of experience in mentorship, nonprofit leadership, and economic development. As the founder of the Resurgence Leadership Foundation, Corn has dedicated his career to empowering families and building thriving communities.
In 2024, he co-founded The Genward Group alongside Curt Swilley to extend that mission through real estate.
Marshall Wagner
Genward Partner
Marshall Wagner is passionate about building homes and strongly interested in general contracting. With a real estate license and a role in Genward’s founding brainstorm, he’s most focused on property sales and helping families turn real estate dreams into lasting legacies.
Justin White

Born and raised in Atlanta, Justin White combines over a decade of real estate experience with a strong background in media and marketing. Known for his integrity and client-first approach, Justin brings deep local insight and a passion for helping families thrive through purposeful real estate decisions.
